How do we love an enemy? To give up all the resentments we have built up in our minds and hearts about an adversary is a daunting prospect. If we begin by loving what we can in any situation, we have set ourselves on a course of least resistance. Our goal will be achievable because from love all healing flows.
The object here is to love your fears to death, so it is advisable to begin at the easiest spot. Simply Love your hate. Love your judgment, anger, resentment, hostility, revenge or victim feelings. These are aspects of fear. Anything that is not loving is fear based. Simply love your feelings about your fear. When you love your feelings, whatever they are, you remove the resistance in your body. The mind, emotions and spirit relax into allowance. You begin to breathe again. You open up into softer, more pleasant feelings that were shut down in fear. You stop making yourself wrong. The big payoff is you begin to focus on love.

There are many ways we innocently stop ourselves from having what
we want; and there are two groups of us.
The first group is unaware, therefore not interested in things of this
nature.
The second group is you and me. We’ve become aware that there may
be some short cuts to expand us beyond the human nature of events
guided by cause and effect.
This essay is for the second group. The first group wont see it, at least
not on this day.

“My parents were distant, unaffectionate people. I don’t
remember ever being held by them. They were never interested in
how I thought or felt. I never felt important to them at all.”
“My mother was crazy – nice one minute and the next a screaming
maniac. My father was sweet but he was never around, and he
never did anything to stop my mother from the emotional abuse.”
“My father was an angry violent man and my mother was weak and
pathetic. He often beat us and my mother did nothing to protect
us.”
“My mother didn’t believe me when I told her that my father was
molesting me. She is still with him, and still doesn’t believe
me.”
Many people grew up with parents who didn’t know how to love
them in the ways they needed to be loved. Others grew up with
parents who not only did not love them, but who were physically,
emotionally and/or sexually abusive. Unloving and abusive
parenting has far reaching affects on our lives.
Many people spend years trying to heal from their childhoods.
Often, at some point in their healing process they ask, “Should
I forgive my parents? Would it be healthy for me to forgive
them? How would I go about feeling forgiveness toward them?”

When the body is toxic, the cells cannot receive nutrients from
the blood because the interstitial fluid surrounding the cells
is plugged-up with wastes from sluggish lymphatics. This
internal poisoning also causes mental depression and morbid
thoughts. It’s a vicious cycle–one condition feeding the other
like a dog chasing its tail. Most people, instead of cleaning
out their colons use incense, air wicks, underarm deodorants,
foot powder, mouthwash, toothpaste, breath fresheners, perfumed
sprays and colognes to cover up their stink because they are
filled with impacted fecal matter. If the colon doesn’t get
cleansed, the other organs can’t cleanse their waste. If a
person can’t get the bowels cleaned out, even if they clean the
plaque out of the arteries–it’s going to go back into the body.
They’ll just re-absorb it. Unless they clean out the colon, they
will never regain vibrant health. You definitely do not want
your body to re-adsorb the waste!

Natural sunlight is very good for our health and well being.
The sun is a natural source of energy and can in turn give us
energy, and improve our health, in many ways. Of course it is a
very strong source of power and should not be overused. Too much
sunshine can have very adverse effects on your overall health,
due to Ultra Violet rays.
How does sunshine help your body? There are several ways it can
do this. Firstly, it is a vital source of vitamin D. In fact, in
the old days, children who did not get enough sunshine were
lacking in vitamin D and had serious problems with their bones,
as they did not develop correctly. Vitamin D is essential for
healthy bones and teeth.
