If connection to our divinity is our goal of our lifetimes, it certainly has taken us a long time to achieve it. Or has it? If we look at connection as the final journey of re-establishing ourselves as divine, spiritual beings and being fully integrated with our God-self, then the journey has been long and difficult and it is not yet completed. But what if we could look at connection in a different way? Instead of seeing it as a single journey with one goal, viewing it as a progression of learning experiences comprised of various stages of connection at different levels which we complete and then move on to the next one. This way, we can celebrate our reconnection milestones as they occur, rather than waiting for confirmation of our final, ultimate connection to acknowledge that we have completed our work.
As multi-dimensional beings we exist simultaneously in different lifetimes, across multiple timelines and at different levels of vibration. So at any moment we have an awareness of the timeline and dimension we are in but we are also having experiences in other timelines and dimensions. If this seems impossible, think back to a time when you were daydreaming, distracted or preoccupied and you were still functioning in your life but do not remember what you were doing. This often happens while we are driving and we arrive at our destination not remembering how we got there. What were we doing? We were in another timeline and dimension, having another experience of connection.
How is this possible? To understand the concept of being in multiple dimensions we must remember that linear time only exists for us in our pure human state. When we expand our awareness to include our spiritual aspects, we are open to the experience of universal time, which exists in multiple dimensions and timelines. Where human time is linear and exists in a straight line before and behind us, Universal time is completely non-linear, radiating in every direction from the point of the present moment. As humans we can only be in one place at a time but within our divinity we can be in many places simultaneously.
And this is our journey of connection, going back and forth into timelines and dimensions that contain the realities and energies we need to complete our learning and reconnect to our powerful, divine self, finding the god within to heal an aspect of separation. If we need a lesson in being powerful, we will enter a period where because of our age, gender, financial circumstances, intellect or social standing, we will be powerless and our task will be to create a powerful experience. Or if we need a lesson in love, our lifetime will be in a dimension or time where we need to become the love we seek. This is why karmic experiences are not linear, a previous lifetime could have been in this century or a dozen centuries earlier.
An experience of unresolved emotional drama, trauma and pain presents our human mind/ego/emotional body to heal and release the energies that created the disconnection and choose connection as a response in that situation. And this is where we have to allow, choose and recognize the path that is opening for us. But too often we miss the connection opportunity by becoming overwhelmed with the drama and thinking that it is the lesson, instead of what it really represents, the vehicle for the lesson. We personalize the experiences and see them as proof of our unworthiness and disconnection instead of taking control and using the experience to become more powerful, centered and connected.
There is a process for reconnection that, if followed, will help us understand and resolve these aspects of our soul’s journey. First, we must allow connection to occur, which means understanding that everything we experience is in our lives to allow us to heal, release any lower vibrating energies and regain our divine center. Then we have to recognize that whatever is happening is an opportunity for connection. And this is where things get tricky because to see the link to connection we must be detached from the emotions and fear around the situation.
Finally, we have to choose connection. While this may appear to be the obvious and best choice, it is not always the one we choose. Maybe we do not see connection as an option or we are not ready to release fear, or we have other choices we take because we want revenge, to try a different path, resolve the issue ourselves or are simply stubborn. We see this in others when they reject the healing we have for them but we do not always see it in ourselves.
The journey of connection is the human experience that each of us goes through in every lifetime. Every person and situation is part this path and as we learn to allow, recognize and choose connection, we create higher vibrations of all energies on the planet so that the third dimension is transformed into a higher vibration, giving us access to choose other dimensions of being and moving us from the experience of fear into the realm of unconditional love, joy and peace
