Dearly Beloved:
We gather together in the love and light of this now moment that is creation within creation.
We bring to you this day the vibration of love, and light. The holy breath, our eternal connection to the now. Each in-breath and out-breath is our light connection. This is our access to the cosmic light rays that stream to the earth from the galactic sun. This is why we continue to tell you to consciously breathe. There is also a reason why we tell you to breath in through your nose, and expel through your mouth. The in-breath works in union with the pineal and pituitary glands that sit over the roof top of your mouth, and combines and magnifies light entering through the crown, in a creation of cosmic quantum light force.
The out-breath is how you connect to all the other parts of your body as you can direct it in any direction you choose. If you feel your root chakra is not in balance, direct your breath energy to it, and this assists in removing any blocks present there. Of course we always add that making that your intention also assists in this process. As well, we remind you that this is one of many processes you can use. There are many processes, and as you each are unique, some work better for some than others. Please test out each system to see which is the best one for you.
You can also send this light to the heart chakra, thus enabling the chakra to grow and expand. You can also balance all your chakras using this same process. The light brought through your crown and your in-breath increases and multiplies its strength and power, and assists each in becoming the balanced, aligned, centered, cleared and cleansed energy bodies of the human angel which is your divine right.
There have been many diverse energies coming to the earth at this time, and this has affected many. In some it is causing anger, grief, sadness, dis-satisfaction, unhappiness, disappointment, desperation, envy, unfamiliarity, nausea, headaches and changes in many directions, that you thought, as a human, you had to experience as part of your evolution, what you had to do to transmute and grow. Your higher self, your soul monad, has its own plans, part of a larger picture, that you may be unaware of. This can bring frustration to you as well, and you know when this happens, you are not in the flow, these emotions are to be transmuted so you can be in the flow, and maintain the flow. and your higher self is telling you to stay in the flow, and it is also telling you that you have strayed ever so slightly, from your path. The beauty of all of this is that you can now shift and adjust rapidly.
The manifestation of whatever you are creating that is not in harmony, is your sign to change, and so change. Do not place blame on yourself, or another, because this is why you are here. You are the teachers, and without that experience you cannot come from a place of greater knowing. Remember you are like the Phoenix, rising from the ashes of that which you once were, and are becoming again, and that reconnection is taking place.
The Phoenix is a wonderful example, because it is a physical picture you can see. When you go to places of anger, you create a fire within your solar plexus, which if allowed to rage and depletes your sacral and base chakras. Your 4 lower chakras represent the four elements, that of earth is the root chakra. That of the water element is the sacral chakra, and as we said, the solar plexus is the chakra that represents fire. Your heart chakra is air or ether. These elements also represent the four body systems. The emotional, physical, spiritual, and mental systems. Each chakra represents these four bodies, but specifically the emotional body being the solar plexus, the physical being the root or base chakra, the spiritual, the heart chakra, and the sacral chakra as the mental system. These bodies can also be represented in other chakras as manifestations when the primary chakra is blocked, and this energy is scattered to your other chakras. As well, each chakra works in combination with the others, and when all is in balance, this is an amazing process. Keep yourself balanced, and the energies will have little or no effect on you.
If this is not the case and you think you are balanced, then look further into yourself, ask your guidance for help, or ask a learned teacher. There are many sources of assistance, so don’t just stop, but continue to seek your own answers, for they are there for you.
I remind you again, to have these all work together in harmony, each must be open and free from blockages to transmit the energies from your highest chakras, down to your lowest chakras.
So again, we speak of balance, of communication between each of the chakras, and the flow of energy that must go up and down the chakras because this is how we bring the light into Mother earth and into ourselves, the light codes provided assist the earth and ourselves in our evolution. The better our connection, the more assistance we can be. This is our greatest honor, to assist the earth and be the highest, most empowered human we can be. We are the sound, the vibration, the light and the love, and the sacred geometry that is used by the universe.
We again repeat when, for instance, the solar plexus is blocked, the fire that is there grows, and this can be represented as anger. As the blockage increases, this can become rage. Rage and anger are a form of fear, and where there is fear, there is no love.
Our conduit has been doing some fire gate activations, and as a Sagittarian, her sun sign represents fire. Her fire got out of control, and her grounding was diminished, and along with this, her root and sacral chakras were also depleted.
When this happens, she looses her connection, and the lower chakras are no longer able to do the energy work they were designed to do. In everyday terms, her physical body was depleted, and although her higher chakras still worked, this is not the intent behind the system’s design. Oh we know she likes to travel around in the other dimensions, but this is not productive because the energy she puts out is not totally balanced.
We have some advice for her, and anyone else how has experienced this same effect. Ground yourself, ground yourself, ground yourself, especially if you are doing elemental activations. We know how you like to travel, but this is not the way to do it. It must be a dance of the higher and lower energies, and for the greatest good of all.
We once again tell you that all your chakras must be aligned, centered, grounded, cleared and open, cleansed, and in complete harmony with each other to evolve to the higher dimensions.
We take you back to the breath. The greatest gift you have been given is your breath. This is also your life force. This is your connection to creator source, the earth, and ALL that is.
This again is so simple. Just do it. The best part of all is that you already do this subconsciously, and it is in the conscious knowing and awareness you bring in greater light.
We do not tell you that you each must do fire, air, water, and earth activations,but for those of you who do, remember to take deep breaths in and expel the air out with force, or as a deep sigh, and with this, know you are receiving and giving out the greatest love you can share with yourself, and each other.
You know when all is in balance, because there is a divine flow, and a deep connection to your higher self, and the earth. This connection is also to your guides, archangels, your higher self, and your soul monad. Remember this connection is your way to communicate with the highest beings of light. Bring in the light, it is coming from your galactic sun, it is activating your DNA and reconnecting you to all those of the highest light who assist you on this journey. Remember this is when you can ask questions, and receive answers. All your answers are within, and not on the outside. This is keeping your power. You do give it away frequently when you ask another what you should do. It does not matter what you do, you will get there. Make that decision to move forward, it matters not which road you take. You will get there whichever path is chosen. Oh one may take slightly longer and this is how you learn, this is how you experience, this is how creator source experiences, and this how you become the teacher and the student.
Now we invite you to come to my temple, that exists on all dimensions, and in all times. There has been a table prepared, and today we will take a picnic lunch, the food is waiting for you, and baskets have been provided and filled with all your favorite foods. Yes, some have chocolate, and your basket has your name on it, and in that basket is a gift from the creator, specific to each of you to assist you on your journey. We ask you to find a comfortable place to sit, Mother/Father God await your arrival, and all is in divine order and perfection, and so it is.
