I recently had a week where my husband was very busy at work and as a
result was working late a lot. The problem for me was that, with four
kids, when my husbands work load increases, so does mine. With my
husband unable to help out as much as he usually would I quickly
slipped into “poor me” mode and found myself having thoughts about how
terrible it was that I had to take on all these extra burdens.
These thoughts led me to have increasingly angry feelings towards my
husband until I was attributing all the woes of my life to him.
Luckily I was able to snap out of it before he came home from work
that night.
The point I am trying to make is that it is very easy to slip into
blaming your spouse for every angry feeling you experience. Therefore
it is important that you be able to distinguish between appropriate
anger and excessive or misdirected anger.

Herbs have been used for a wide variety of health care remedies
since the beginning of time. Using elements that occur naturally
can effectively treat acne and other skin conditions. Herbal
skin care is affordable, accessible and less like to cause skin
irritation and sensitivity than traditional medications. When
certain herbs are applied to your skin topically, they can be a
healthy alternative solution to prescription medications.
Eucalyptus: This essential oil comes from the eucalyptus tree,
which is one of the tallest known trees in the world and can be
found in Australia, Africa, North America, India and Southern
Europe. Eucalyptus is the most powerful antiseptic in its class
and has outstanding astringent qualities, which aid in the
treatment of acne-prone skin.
Papaya Enzyme: The papaya is a tropical fruit that has a
nutrient-rich enzyme called papin. This enzyme is used to
dissolve unwanted proteins and other dead materials on the
surface of your skin. The papaya enzyme works to open pores,
exfoliate, promote the turnover of skin cells, soften and
smooth skin and improve your overall skin tone.

We are all, from time to time, faced with challenges, struggles and
adversity in our life – especially if we are faced with a move across
the ocean or into a new and foreign environment. It is all part of
the wondrous, joyful experience called life. Yet our reactions to
each bump in the road govern whether the bump sets us momentarily off
course or throws us completely off the road.
As much as we all like to believe that we face each experience having
learned the lessons from the experiences in our past, the truth is
that many of us have to repeat the same lessons over and over again
before we are truly able to graduate Life’s Lessons.

If we accept Time and Space as Illusions
- Perception –
in the World of the Physical must be based upon a very specialized Code of
- Non Perception -
for all Happenings occur simultaneously
and take place within Spacelessness.
Since we do not perceive all Happenings at once
it means that we are very specialized indeed.
The Human Instrument
- most amazingly and expertly -
filters out
all Happenings… except for the present Scene.
The Human Instrument and its Range of Perception
is based on a Spaciotemporal Frequency
that keeps our Physical Awareness synchronized
within the Moment of the Present.
THE HUMAN BODY IS THE REALIZATION OF A MIRACLE
In the whole Universe there is
only
- CONSCIOUSNESS -
and its Self Organizing Energy Vibrations
known as
Thoughts… Things… Beings or Self Images
that function
as seemingly Independent Agents
by observing and participating in
meaningful and forever changing Activities
for the Good of the Whole.
All Thoughts… Things… Beings and Essences
are Conscious or Self Aware
in proportion
to the Needs of the Whole.
The Underlying Structure of Consciousness
exists beyond Spaciotemporal Existence
and it is not Consciously Aware of itself
but brings forth
Individually Consciously Aware Beings or Essences
as its Representatives.
CONSCIOUSNESS OR MIND… IT'S ALL THERE IS

Guided meditation is used by many people not only to relax from
a busy day but also to tune into their own bodies and minds.
Since days have become more stressful, the world has become
more crowded and more worldly problems have risen, many people
are finding comfort, safety and bliss in a few minutes of
guided meditation a day. With the help of a guiding voice, many
people who are new to meditation have found it easy to achieve a
much needed quiet moment during the day. Guided meditation can
help the user to focus his or her thoughts and block out any
distractions in order to experience the pleasure of silence for
a moment during the day.
